Teal and purple log Cabin ...
#102
Hi Everyone,
I had to go and take advantage of the sale at hancocks on fabric and batting today. 50 percent off 80/20 fairfeild. Good deal and I was able to buy four large kings and a twin. The quilting cotton and batik was on sale too. Oh yeah...
Now I can quilt this and a couple more I have waiting. Then it was a hospital wait for my brother's girlfriend had a biopsy on her breast. (Benign Yeah!!)
Thanks so very much for all the positive comments about the log cabin for beverly. I sure hope she loves it. It is pretty bright.
On page three I posted a picture of the top with the teal finishing border. I love it that way.
Deb, that is funny that we have the same taste in furniture too. I am not surprised though. LOL!
And to answer one gal's question the oil painting in the livingroom came from Laguna Beach at an art dealer's showroom years ago. I love the ocean and anything to do with it.
Thanks ever so much for your sweet comments and help with my quilt.
