Tenderheart Care Bear

This quilt will be for the baby of a couple in our family who are into bears. The bear on the quilt is appliqued from a craft panel probably out in the 80's. The dots on his nose are French knots, and all of the hearts on the quilt are pieces of fleece appliqued.

This one was a fun quilt to make!

In the 80's so many inexpensive beautiful panels were available, Lucky to still have one and look an awesome quilt

Care Bears! Wow--that takes me back--but my g-sons say they are coming back and I have one (2.5 yr old) g-son that is fixated on My Little Ponies (we don't tell him that my DD still has a case of them in our closet!). Very cute!!
