    It sure is pretty, I made a queen size quilt and when I got to the last row I had one in upside down. It is still there. I know how you feel.

    I had to laugh when I saw this - made the same pattern - on my last block, I started running out of color 2 - so cut more, had too many of color 1 left... what in the world? laid it out on the wall with the rest - and I'd flipped my colors about halfway thru the block! I did rip it and make it right. Your's is very pretty.

    You are NOT the first to make an error with placement of a block and remember you won't be the last. Take you time with removing the thread from the seam and then check it twice before stitching. Your mother is absolutely going to love it !!

    I have a Summer Porch quilt on my bed with a piece turned the wrong way! Didn't discover it until completely finished--meander quilting and all...won't fix, but I see why you needed to.
