I made one much like that with pinks, greens, and purples a number of years ago and it sold before I even got a picture of it. Thanks for reminding me. (where did my mind go anyway?) I love your colors. Just beautiful.

The pattern was a little tedious. I started with squares (4 inch, I think) and sewed the whole thing up. Then I made a smaller square template with perpendicular lines at an angle and set where those lines crossed at where the sewn squares met. After cutting the whole thing out and sewing it together again, I made another square template and cut the quilt up again at an angle. Then I had to sew it all up again. By then there were lots of seams to match!

Your quilt is so pretty - don't think I would have patience to do it. You did a great job.
Fall sounds good to me also - I've never liked hot weather. Heat index is also 100 - 105 here for the next few days.
