To resize the picture you need to go to your picture file on your desktop.Open the picture you want right click on it and it should bring up a menu. left click on edit. a new page should open this is where you make your picture smaller. Then you can download it from the board. All computers are not like mine but this is how i got my pictures smaller and was able to download them. If you make the picture smaller and it still won't download try making it smaller yet. Good luck. Mary

Good for you. My grandson was doodling one day and drew something very similar. He's 7. His mom is just starting to sew so she helping him make a little pattern for a doll robot for himself. it's not finished yet, but when it is I'll be sure to post the picture if I can ever figure out how to do that.

One of mine did that to.I think it does the same thing. My resize button is on the upper left in the task bar.I'm sorry I just don't know much about computers,but if we keep trying maybe it will work. Mary

Coyotemagic paint is what mine opens to also look on the upper left in the task bar after it opens in paint. That is what resizes the picture. I typed in 75 where it said 100. I did that 3 times in a row and then saved my changes. then you can send the picture. I have to do this for each picture I send. Mary
