    Call them what ever you want...although I am partial to the lavender...they are stunning!

    I agree, they are beautiful whatever you call them. I live in Texas and have pastures full of bluebonnets every spring. We have white, lavender and several shades of blue. So you are good for bluebonnets.

    Texas here, too, and I call them bluebonnets. Moda has a new cotton print of bluebonnets, and one that has bluebonnets and our Indian paintbrush, too.
    You did a beautiful job on your quilt, no matter what you opt to call them.
