You have both made fantastic quilts. I'm glad your grandmother is still enjoying a hobby even if she forgets. Wonderful of you to complete them for her.

Those are both wonderful quilts. I hope you will get to at least "visit" those finished quilts. They would be such a lovely reminder of who your grandmother really is inside. Thank you for your story and your terrific work.

That beautiful quilt done by your grandma would be very hard to pass on , if it were me. But it is such a nice thing you are doing .

With the Chilean miner rescue underway, a lot of people have noticed the similarity. Funny thing is, one county in Texas (Atoscosa) recently had absentee ballots printed with Chilean flag. Yours isn't a flag; it's a wonderful quilt block representation of Texas! Your grandmother will love her quilt, too...
