    Beautiful stylish quilts, the Dahlia pattern really works well with silks! It may have been a pain, but just look at the end result ..fantastic! :thumbup:

    You give me inspiration. Have Thai silk from when my DH lived there for work. Your pillows Re gorgeous. If a friend gave me something like this, I would love her forever!

    Fantastic. In my next life I am going to have a nice clean house and it will be full of beautiful things made out of silk just like your cushions.

    I've got a bag full of gorgeous silk scraps and they fray every time I get them out to gaze at the colours. I am bookmarking this topic as a reminder and an example, to show what can be achieved with silk.

    Meanwhile, back on earth, thank you for saving me the bother of looking up sergers. I'd gathered they were nothing to do with serge, but hadn't come anywhere near working out what they were. Three nations separated by a common language.
