This is a Thank you to all who have posted tute's

I did hand quilting years ago both piecing and quilting. As of 8/09, I've been doing machine quilting/piecing. I really thought I knew a lot. NOT.....so every time there is a tute on here, I play and see if I can do it. So I do have some pieces I have no idea what I am going to do with yet, but I will use them.
The first is a picture of 6 different tutes. Hope you can recognize your tute.
The second piture is tute on hexagons, which I tried once and really blew it, so stayed away from them. It's QITD with clear thread. It just needs the binding, and of course, I watched the tute.
The third are Kalieoscopes that have been so beautiful on here, I had some really really old fabric. Couldn't even remember what I made with it. Possibly a dress for my DD when she was little, she's going to be 36 in Dec. But I loved the way they turned out, and have made enough of these to make a nice size lap quilt. Although another tute, and I'm going to make it into an "All Askewed" quilt.
The last picture is from Eleanor Burns show that showed in my area last weekend. She make a large lap, but I just wanted to try the pattern. To me this was a pattern of A LOT of little blocks. And it wasn't, it was strip pieced. Loved it. I just made my strips narrower, and the wideth of each rectangle smaller. It was such fun. Not sure what I am going to do with it yet.
But for all you new quilters, I just wanted to let all you guys know how much so many people on this board know, how helpful they are and why I spend so much time on here. Going to try to do a scrappy square now. I have a problem with wanting things to match and I'm trying to get away from that.
I'm also ding Rhoda's sampler quilt, but I post my blocks on her picture page.
I do love you guys, and since I am home a lone most of the time, and can't get out on my own. I feel like I have family here.

Great job on all of them, I, too, love to go through the tutes. I want my husband to use Billy's tutes to clean up my machines, but we cannot get good internet at home, I wish I could download them to my laptop for him!

I'd love to make a quilt out of everysingle tute I see. But just can't do that, so instead this is a way I just get a little taste. And all blocks will find a home! Who knows maybe I should make a sampler of just tute's. I think that would be cute too.

Nice job on them all.
Don't you love this board, it is so educational and entertaining. I love the friendliness as well. Most people are more then happy to help when needed. Also they are very kind with their compliments and suggestions.
