Barb, what great totes you made. I love your rose. You did a better job on the feathers than I could have done on my DM. I bet the ladies were thrilled with your totes.

This is my mom's 40 year old kenmore, and my mom saw the tote bags today, and she says, my old machine can do that??? I said yup, Dan bought me a $10.00 darning foot :)

Barb, your bags are beautiful! I haven't made any, but you make me want to try. I used to weave baskets and made some lined ones, but those are way prettier!

I think I get the over the top thing on the feathers..I've done them that way before..if its what I'm thinking :D

Barb, I love that pattern and it looks so nice in your bags. Maybe you should make more to sell to go with the quilt. Bet you could sell a ton of them. Those are two lucky ladies that got them.

Also glad you got away for the weekend! Sounded like lots of fun.
