I'm thinking of making my reservation for next Jan. when the cold winds are blowing! Snakes are hibernating down there at that time aren't they? I'll bring my machine and we can quilt together! "I'll bring a little lunch", that's a Norwegian
thing! Everything goes better with " a little lunch".
Absolutely beautiful. Kappy, let's carpool there!!! Maybe bring some "hotdish!" I have a minivan - we can pick up a few other gals on the way! ha ha

I love your space. Can you send me some info on your hanging batting. I see chain and closet rod. What is wrapped around it and how do you get the batting down to cut? My husband is building our dream retirement home and I have a huge sewing room and hope to be putting my stuff in it by Christmas. I have a grace frame with a Jannone mid arm machine. I hope mine is as great as yours when I get done.

The inspector is my German Shepard, Dillinger. He thinks he has to be everywhere I am.

I also love dollies, which is why they are all over my home. Some I made and some my grandmother made, way back in the 50's. When I look at hers I remember an awesome woman who taught me to crochet, sew, and quilt, but she failed with knitting, just could never get the hang of it.
