    This is one of the best ideas I ever had too. Mom looked forward to her package every month, as did her neighbors. She refused to open it early however and made her friends wait for the great reveal. Like JoAnne she used it later when she got dementia to enable her to find her room. My DH made a special plaque with velcro and I used velcro on the backs of ea. quilt block. Here is the first one I sent her to start the tradition, as her Christmas present. I miss her. She died two days before Christmas 2018. Love your turkey!!!!!!!
