What weight is the thread? Is it for piecing or machine quilting?

Not sure as it isn't listed. Here's what the site says:

This thread is ideal for all weights of fabrics from ultra lightweight to heavy coat material.
May be used on both woven and knitted materials - synthetic and cotton.
Perfect for all ladies', men's and children's outerwear, lingerie, knitwear, shirts, blouses, swimwear and household textiles.
    Guaranteed knot free.
Long staple technology gives the most trouble free sewing.

Yes! It was you- I remember your pic! If you order they send you a catalog that has the color chart in it- 700 colors. Plus they sell all kinds of sewing stuff- scissors, irons, machines, drapery stuff, etc.
I would have no problem using this thread for piecing and FMQ.

I've used it for quite some time now and have NO complaints about it.
My SIL is the one who informed me of this site & this thread.
She does wedding dress alterations, etc. and she said it was a good, strong thread. That was good enough for me!
(who wants their wedding dress busting open right?!)
Don't remember getting a chart with my first order....probably did & misplaced it.
So I've been going through the color chart I downloaded trying to add to my inventory the colors I don't have.
DH told me to "get what I need"....don't think he realizes just how many colors there are!

My DH said the same thing after hearing me complain about how expensive thread is, even with coupons!
