    Quite a while ago I made these. I thought they were a bit confusing, but I needed one and wanted to make one for my friend as well so plugged away at them. I wish I did have a pattern, but I don't. All I supplied was the mug and fabric, another friend provided the plastic and the directions.

    oh it was a bucket cover pattern. lol I think you could improvise and make it smaller.
