I have had a new Horizon 7700 since Christmas, and love it, too. It is so very user friendly and actually fun to use. You know, if you look up the sites where machines are compared you will find that Janome makes an exceptionally fine machine. I had a 6500 before and traded it for the 7700. It was such a workhorse and dependable and the 7700 is even finer. Anyone looking for a new machine should seriously consider a Janome. They also make smaller ones for traveling. Most of all, your machine should be your best friend in your quiltroom.
