    Yes, the blocks are 5", finishing out at 4.5". So the finished quilts are about 36" x 45". These are snuggle blankets for young children. I do the I Spy squares swaps that run about every other month on the QB.... you are able to collect a lot of different novelty squares that way. It's great.
