I have been sewing up a storm for the diabetic kids charity auction and I thought maybe you all would like to see some of the purses I made the week before last for them.

Inside fabric talks about quilting taking us on a mini vacation

Very nice purses. And so thoughtful of you to donate them to charity! I've been looking for a pattern like your shoulder bag. Did you design this yourself or purchase the pattern, if I might ask. Thanks!

Hi here is the pattern for the one you are asking about... Honestly, there was a ton of hand basting during the assembly. Slow going. Oh there is a zippered pocket under that flap on the front.

Hi again everyone !! Thanks so much! But, I am not such a nice person... really I am an old meany! LOL!

Here is the pattern for the back pack looking one

No you're NOT an old meany! Thanks for passing along the name of the pattern.
