I worked all day to get the top done. I could not make up my mind on the color for the sashing, I kept changing my mind. I had the blocks layed out 1 on each solid color that I had, it was about to drive crazy. I decided to use several printed colors. I think my Dd has claimed this quilt she picked out the color for the border. Hope you all like it.
Quilt size 51"X53"

I love the sashing strips done in the multi colors. Your daughter really know her colors to have picked the yellow for the outside border. Thumbs up!!
You should put on your walking foot and try some easy quilting lines. It isn't as hard as you would think to machine quilt. Many people just take a yard stick and draw lines diagonally from one side then the other. That makes a diamond shape when it is sewn both ways. If you don't have quilting safty pins, just run a few basting stitches to hold it until it is stitched. Come on it isn't hard... really!
