    I have a couple of Christmas panels...thanks for showing a great pattern for using them. Yours is lovely.

    I agree to keep it with the window look - wood trim around the edges.

    What if you did 2 x 3" rectangles of all kinds of Christmas fabrics and sewed them together in strips, would be fun

    Jennie Doane has a tutorial on how to do this with panels. Its such a good idea. This one came out so beautiful. If it were mine I would finish it with a black binding,if that is the color on your edge. This came out so nice !

    You did a great job. It is beautiful. Dark green border would be nice if it doesn't "fight" with the panel for attention. IMHO.
