Went to one of the LQS tonight on a shop hop and found this cute tie flower pattern. Made from a man's tie. Bought the pattern and came home and made one...quick and so cute! I have it on my denim dress but also would be cute on hat, purse or jacket. Off to rummage through hubby's ties!

I just purchased this pattern and thought the tie flower would make a great embellishment for purses. I haven't had a chance to make one yet. Yours looks really cool.

That's just one tie????? Was it a really-busy tie design? It looks like a scrap tie from here. I really love that!

yes, it is one tie and it was pretty busy design but love the turquoise in it. It is a silk tie and the lady who made them at the LQS told me silk is easier to work with.
