    That is beautiful. I was planning to use the bowtie pattern to use my dad's ties but I love yours. I will look for the book. Thanks for posting.

    :D :thumbup: :thumbup: This is absolutely beautiful. I'm working on a Tie Quilt as well. The one that I'm doing is using the Cathedral Window block. I'm making it for a friend of mine. His father passed away recently, and I thought it would be nice if he had to ties to keep as a momento.

    What a beautiful quilt. I love the vibrant colors. I have a copy paper box full of ties maybe this will inspire me to get them out. Thanks for sharing

    Did you have a pattern for this? I have started saving ties for this but have not came across a pattern. Yours looks lovely!

    Catjo, The pattern came from a book by Fons and Porter. It is "Quick Quilts from the Heart." Hope you enjoy making yours as much as I enjoyed making this one. It took about a year to make but I didn't work on it constantly.

    That's Gorgeous!!! Love the braided border, the white fabric really makes all of those ties pop right out!!! :D :D :D
