    Normally I prefer a medium to dark color for binding, but on this one I definitely would go with the creamy "grout" color.

    These are just beautiful. It has a fresh, modern look, and I think the trend is for minimal or no borders and bindings that don't stand out.

    What a pretty quilt!! If it were mine, and depending on how large I wanted this to finish... I would sew a 1-inch wide border in the ecru, then add a 1/4 inch pinstripe of one of the fabrics you like. I'd probably go with purple or blue, but it depends on the colors of the room where it will be displayed. Then I would add an outer border, an Asian print or Batik in neutrals. I'd finish by binding it with the same fabric as the pinstripe.

    That's gorgeous! I would do as you said - narrow border with the off white and binding with off white as well.
