Beautiful Quilt. To be able to see the what it would look like on a quilt is exceptional. That old barn may not be around now but it will always be remembered in your quilt.

[Oh my goodness it is just devine.I cannot believe it looks so realistic. Great job.]I kept driving past this beautiful old barn thinking it would make a great photo quilt. Finally one day, when I was in a rush, my guardian angel made me stop. I started to photograph it and kept seeing this old fence post out of the corner of my eye. So I stooped down and got the fence post and the barbed wire in the photo.

When I drove past the next week, the barn was being torn down.

The quilt photo is composed of four sheet of fabric that had portions of the photo printed on them.

A first copy of this quilt was auctioned to raise money for a new cancer center in the local Richland Center Hospital. I was told it raised $375.[/quote]

Stunning! I am so glad you stopped and photographed it when you did! I would love to learn how to use that technique. Your quilt is excellent. Congratulations! Meg
