    Absolutely amazing quilt! You know before the tools we have now to use in quilting, everything was done by using the tools they had. My Mother hand cut everything with sissors, hand stitched pieces together, hand quilted everything she made, and every quilt turned out wonderful, used and loved. Amazing talents the women of yesteryear had.

    Hope it didn't discourage her to make another quilt???

    Not discouraged at all. She's made several before (been quilting for years) and has several more in progress. But on this particular one, it seemed like something went wrong at every turn. She's named it "That Darn Quilt!" lol.
