    Tisha got this pattern from the Moda Bake shop. She used Oasis by 3 Sisters line of fabric.

    I love this line of fabric..I am also using it for a project.. :)

    Tisha's only request was that I put leaves in the small border...so I put a feather in the outer border...I love the two paired together ( if you all hadn't noticed)!
    The rest I originally thought of a different design but once i pinned the quilt on and realized the lines I was working with..it seemed vaguely similar to another quilt I had done listed here:

    So I took the same concept with the leaves and flower..this is the end result. Great finish!

    I quilted everything freehand on an INNOVA (a long arm quilting machine). I used hobbs polydown batting.

    Be still my heart!!!!! i think i almost fainted bc this just took my breath away....i love what you did. You are amazing. Love how the flowers actually make the chain stand out more. I absolutely love you you treat every quilt with the same care and love and you make every quilter feel so special with your special touches and attention to detail. Thank you thank you

    Beautiful quilting as usual, you have a real talent. I noticed that you use Hobbs Poly Down frequently. Can you tell me if you have experience on how it retains it's puff through washings?
