    Beautiful. I love the back! Unfortunately, I have also been a victim of adhesive build up. I had to rip out a huge section on a show quilt last summer....I just wanted to spit nails....I was so angry about it. I have now learned my lesson to check in that situation. Sorry you went through that too.

    Feline--that is just amazing! How did you even think to do the heron first and how in the world did you manage to hold back the background and quilt at the same time!? and I'm wondering, how is she going to finish the edges so that the beak and tail stand out?
