I just have to tell you that I have NEVER wanted to do applique. I am sending the pattern link to my mother to get it for me for Christmas. You have inspired me to HAVE to do this pattern. Another confession...I don't do patterns. I like to make my own from inspirations from other people. At least with this one you are given artistic liberty with the piece you applique to. Thanks for sharing!!
