    Tumbling blocks is probably one of the most quintessential patterns for baby quilts and I love your color choices. Sometimes when my DH isn't crazy about something I made (usually boils down to he doesn't like those colors) he makes statements like that.

    It looks to me like you have 100 percent approval. I am in the camp that says
    Babies like color.
    When my husband and I married 31 years ago, his teenage son was still making his bed with a ragged, crib-sized Sunbonnet Sue quilt made by a step-grandmother whom he called Grammy. It was made with love for him and him only and he knew that.

    Well, I've never thought of "funky" as a bad thing!!! I like the colors and love that they're not the sky blue/pastel pink, etc. I think it's great!!
