What a cute idea! Is there a pattern we can find somewhere?

It is a McCall's or Simplicity pattern, just can't remember which one. I have it and hope to make some for Christmas gifts.

Found a link to the pattern number:
    http://www.simplicity.com/p-4469-craft.aspx

Hancock Fabrics or Hobby Lobby usually run patterns on sale for a couple of dollars.

I think that I'd put at least one small plastic tube in a pocket for that seam ripper. I wouldn't take much time to slice my hand on it reaching for something else.
That sure is a pretty and very practical gift, and I'd like to make one for me. I also have far too many coffee mugs, some of which are man sized.
