    I really want to make a tote. I have 2 sets of directions, but haven't followed a pattern since......way to long....looks confusing....your's looks great though.

    The tote is beautiful and your freemotion is wonderful. Try rethreading your machine, top and bobbin. Sometimes that works. Did you remember to drop the feed dogs and pull up the bobbin thread? Don't ask me why I ask :lol: You do such beautiful work.

    Barb, I was practicing free motion quilting and forgot to lower the presser foot. I thought it wouldn't make a difference but the presser foot needs to be lowered. I kept getting loops under the fabric and couldn't figure out what the problem was. Hope this makes sense.
