Beautiful beautiful work. My BFF is also a " tote-holic " She makes them, 1 or 2 a week! I love ur Fabrics. No matter how good a seamtress u r, if the eye for the right fabric/fabrics are not there, the results can be very dsapointing. My BFF started using REALLY cheap fabric to make a new tote pattern to get a feel for it, and then was able to see how to show case the good fabric.

I have made 3 or 4 of them but only put the pockets on the inside. Some of my friends in my Sr. Quilting class have made 8 or 10 for gifts also. They sure come out nice, that is for sure, everyone loves them.

Wow those are gorgeous! My friend made one and I told her it looked like my new knitting bag. :-) I gave her a hand-knitted shawlette in return. I love that pattern and your choice of fabrics is fabulous!
