Default A 'Tour de Quilt Shop Hop'

This is a quilt from Virginia, the customer says it's from her local "tour de quilt shop hop". In the field of the quilt we put some simple feathers in the stars with a paisley fill in the blocks. Some wavy crosshatching in the inter border with a pattern that resembles the fabric pattern on the outer border.

This quilt has Hobbs 80/20 batting, and she wishes to bind it herself.
