Absolutely beautiful! I made a table runner out of that same medley of fabric as a gift for my niece. She is a landscape architect and butterflies were the theme for her wedding. She loved it!

Your quilt is amazing - looks like lots of work. How big were the squares? I loved the one piece of that medley that goes from very pale blue to midnight blue. I bought extra to use later.

I am going to try and quilt it this weekend.
I love that book....Blanche Young has some wonderful ideas and patterns.......I love the fabric you chose for this.........If you get tired of it, it can have a place of honor at my house!

I love my Traditions with a Twist book. The quilts look so complex and are so easy to do. Beautiful job there.

Paula, Please stay on the forum and post whenever you want to , don't be shy. I lurked in the background for awhile and learned quietly. But a whole new world opened up to me when I started posting. I have even had an experienced quilter adopt me! There are all levels of quilters here so give us a chance to encourage you.
