    Default Trapunto Peacock Wallhanging

This is my second attempt at trapunto. I used a 6 oz polyester wadding under the peacock ,pedestal and flowers to give them a high "lift". I sandwiched the whole piece using warm and natural. The stitching isn't my best as I did free-motion for all the quilting and some of the straight lines are a bit wonky. I would love to try something different to stippling but have not managed to get the " flow' with anything else ,so once again ,I chickened out.

    Default Peacock Trapunto

Absolutely beautiful peacock and quilting. It looks so regal, as if it should be hanging in a palace somewhere. Wish I could stipple that well!
