    What a beautiful quilt! Can't imagine why anyone would throw it out. Congratulations to your MIL for rescuing it and to you for the beautiful finishing.

    You did a great job quilting it. I don't know why so many people underappreciate scrap quilts. They are unique and keep good fabric from ending up in the landfill.

    My husband was walking past when I said out loud, "Can you believe someone tossed this in the trash?" He stopped dead in his tracks and said, "You've got to be kidding!"

    Thank-you for adding the quilting to this once discarded ~ unwanted ~ quilt top you've made it so special! Thanks for sharing!

    Gorgeous! What a valuable feed sack top! I'm just sad it didn't get hand quilted as it would have originally...

    As always Eddie...it's gorgeous. Your quilting on this quilt is truly a 'touch of the Master's hand'. You're such an inspiration to us all. Your MIL is wonderful for saving this quilt...it's gorgeous!
