    What Jan said. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE....label the quilt. I have [said this before] a quilt passed to me from my mother's home that has no label. There are two blocks with Mom's signature embroidered on them and a lot of other names I am not familiar with. What I wouldn't give to know more about the history of the quilt. Fortunatly there is a date on the blocks but that is all. My Mom was the last from her generation, could have been a sister or a really good friend, don't know.

    "And crown thy good, with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea." is on the bottom - what's on the top?

    Is it "America, America, God shed his grace on thee"?
