So I'm planning a log cabin quilt for my husband and I - the first quilt I've made for us! And I wanted to try it out. So I made four squares, got hubby's approval, and made them into a pillow for a friend's birthday tomorrow!

I've decided to make the 'light' portion into a 'dark' portion, using browns and blacks, and make the other half of the cabin out of mediums and misc. colors. I'll post the top when done!
