    Love the pattern. So I played around in EQ and not knowing if you were going to use material with a pattern or not this is what I came up with..maybe this will help I used black and greys

    I would do Black, White and Grey for the quilt. Great pattern! Then I would do some decorative pillows or shams in the black, white grey and a pop color. I did this for a co worker, the pop colors I used were turquoise, purple, hot pink and bright lime green. She loved the pop color choices. For some reason I did not do red.

    It should be very pretty. Even before I read all the comments I was thinking it would be a great pattern for solids.

    I think you need greater contrast in colors. There's nothing worse than making a quilt that ends up not having the desired effect.
