    Oh this is so pretty. I'd just completed a twin size trip around the world quilt (well not exactly a quilt as it has only the top backed with flannel). I was thinking of how to do the borders. In the end I just did 2 borders in solid colours. If your post had come in earlier, I would have copied your idea regarding the border, LOL.

    Your quilt is wonderful and for such a wonderful cause as well. I like the way yoiu quilted it as well. Hope you get a warm and fuzzy feeling from your kindness and know you are making some child very happy to have this quilt as their very own.
