How will you sew it together?

Will you sew each block to the back and batting?

    Thanks!! :D

After all blocks are done you sew the rows/columns together, get your batting to line up. On your backing, one side you lay down, the other you fold under 1/2" and blind stitch it down, then when you're done with the whole thing, you do your quilting on the little sections. Piece of cake. I think. Make sure you don't leave more than an inch all around the block, like the first QAYG I tried. Doesn't work.

Carol-sorry-you make your sandwich for each block and do your quilting, leaving 1/2"-1" around each block.

My sister and I have taken a class using this method for a queen size sampler quilt. It's a great way to have a completely hand quilted quilt without uising a hoop or frame. You do have to get all the blocks to one size, but that's not a problem either. It turns out great!
