    Default Trucking Memories

This quilt is for my dad. It started with the intention of using up some old work T-Shirts he had from his truck driving days but as they were in very poor condition I could only use the Logos. So I found this great truck fabric which I saw on this board, thank you to that person for showing it. Bought some on line and attached logos to the trailer end of some of the trucks. The back has the only two large pieces of fabric I had but they were so hard to work with colour wise that I put them on the back and then just kept the large piece of truck fabric for the front. The boys in my house really liked it so I decided not to cut it up and just work with it as it was. It is backed with fleece for extra warmth as dad needs this due to poor health these days. Not my usual style of quilt but it fits the requirements well I think. Hope the pictures work out o.k. I still have to sew the binding down and sew in all the threads but here it is.
