    Just to throw in yet another opinion/suggestion, how about the b/w stripes for the sashing with corner squares in red, a wide border of the print, and binding in red?

    Btw... GORGEOUS quilt, no matter what you decide!!!!!

    I love the flower border best then my next pick would be the solid red. Good luck.

    Love the black and white stripe. Makes it pop. I would also position all of the blocks so the striped fabric is running the same direction as the sashing fabric. Just a suggestion.

    Ok here is what I have decided to do after all the blocks are finished, boy it takes a long time to do one of these blocks...LOL

    Oh should I put squares on the sashing and if so red, white dot, or just leave plain???

    I like the stripe, but i would only use it if you had all the stripes in the stars going in one direction,. Not necessarily in the same direction as the sashing, but it is a bit distracting to have them going different dirrections, for me anyway
