I don't mind if someone uses the idea, Twinkie. I got the ideas from a quilt I saw online though it's not exactly the same.

Mary, the gold is Fusions Scroll and Leaf in gold, got it at Fabric.com

    https://www.fabric.com/ProductDetail...9-9fcd12b97464

The other fabrics are Dancing Cranes and Mariko Metallic Butterflies.

love the layout and design--it is very classic. the fabrics are intricate enough to support the design without making it "plain". it quietly says: "elegance". very well done!

It's beautiful - but I think I would use patterned Asian fabrics instead of the plain burgundy, black and green ones you have chosen. There are so many beautiful ones available. I'm thinking of small, not large, patterns with rich burgundy and green and maybe even black backgrounds, so you still get the main colors you want. There are some gorgeous black ones out there with gold in them. Then you could make the fans striped in those colors t tie everything together. I LOVE the sashing, and if the other fabrics have gold in them, it would be even better. The panel is gorgeous. I've been thinking of buying it myself. I love working with panels.

Sorry if I've added to you search work. But you asked - LOL!
