This picture has inspired me make a quilt of the picture that I took over 10 years ago of the tulip fields in Skagit County. It has a picture of a barn that later blew down in a wind storm. My best friend lives in Skagit County!

I have always been a lurker on the quiltingboard and have never commented but this quilt has moved me so much I just have to comment. I think you have done a remarkable work of art. It is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

Absolutely gorgeous. I would love to attend the tulip festival at Skagit Valley. We got to go to one tulip festival in Holland when stationed in Germany, years ago. It was wonderful and the tulips are so beautiful. You did a great job on the quilt!
