    Default Pattern

Of course I had to have the book anyway just because it's so darn cute. The piano key border has a 3D scalloped inner border, a technique a quilty friend taught me a couple of years ago. And the backing is pieced from my vintage baby prints. Can I say that I LOVE this quilt without sounding arrogant?

Like many of you I like to name my quilts. This one was hard because every name I came up(and you gals and guys) that I liked was already a well know quilt pattern. So....The border makes me think the top of a carousel at a carnival. I played around with a few carny ideas but nothing. Then it hit me that the tulips look like they're dancing in a circle. Blah, blah blah...and the name "Promenading Tulips".

    Thanks for looking.
    1. do you have the pattern for this? I have the book from Laura Holt, but I would like to buy this pattern.
