    Default Tulips inspired by Podunk Posy
    Finally finished this UFO... can't believe it's been three years! It was inspired by Podunk Posy . At first, I didn't have the butterflies. Then I decided there was too much open space. The butterflies are raw edge applique using Misty Fuse, which seems to do a good job. The quilt is square; the crookedness is from the angle of the camera shot. I scorched it a little and found remedies to that here Iron scorch on my top! .

    Aww, that's really bright and cheery. I love the butterflies--they add movement. Your quilting really accentuates those sun rays. Congrats on a finish.
