Default Tulips

Hi All. Another finish. This one is called tulips. I did not make the tulip blocks themselves. I have a friend who used to be in a guild and they made the blocks (in 1997, one was dated). She is not sewing or quilting much and more so she gave me those blocks and a whole bunch of material to add to my stash. I just added the flower frames around the blocks and quilted it. I did some SID in between the dark green and white with nothing in the blocks primarily because I wasn't sure what to do with them, the SID in the rows and columns. I figured if I wanted to, I can always add something to the tulips if I ever decide what to do. Enjoy.

Shari

I like how you added the flower frames. I bet your friend who gifted you the blocks was happy to see the blocks found a home!

She was very happy to see it finished. They had been sitting for a long time.
