finally, this is done. I cut out the tumblers long, long ago and started putting them with some poly batting and joining in rows.
Well they sat for a long, long time and are finally done. on my bed and going nowhere.
i just used left over fabrics on the backs of the rows. not pretty but fini!! !

Good job and good to have another one finished isn't it? I have a pile of 5 inch tumblers that I keep adding to. One day I'll get around to putting them in a quilt top.

I love how the sashing frames each tumbler so you can see each fabric. Like the subtle colors also, but could be a great scrappy quilt too.

I am finishing up another old top of striped stars with loads of orange! piecing backing now. smaller quilt though. thank goodness.
