Thx Tapngram, it's only my sixth quilt, I just started sewing (in general) about two years ago. So I appreciate the comment that the workmanship is "stunning".!! I commented earlier about how I love my mitered corner. Not bragging, just amazed it came to a point like that!

So pretty! The sun is shining today, the snow is melting and your birds and flowers look sooooo much like spring!!!

I have this quilt on my dining room wall but it is not looking good. I had attempted to press it into shape, I pressed it while it was laying flat on the floor, and it seemed to be pretty square. Now I have pins stuck in it to the wall to try and shape it, but it is not draping nice. Is it because I didn't quilt it enough? I did a SITD around the designs and "tied" the open spaces with a very tight zig-zag, kind of like bartacking. The batting is warm and natural which is supposed to be good up to 10" and I have the little bartacks everywhere at least within 4". Maybe I didn't block it right to start with?

    Any ideas?
