    Looks like a double Irish chain to me. Forget what everyone else thinks. Do it your way and with whatever material you want to use. As I see it, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL QUILT.

    I think that this is why the art and love of quilting have been around for a long time and will be around for a long time to come. New patterns/old patterns, new fabrics/old fabrics, new ideas/old ideas and the combination/interpretation of any of them. It is a beautiful quilt!
